When you come to Singapore, you have to visit Clarke quay for the fast past night life. I loved sitting on the river front just watching the boats go up and down the river taking people to different spots. I wanted to get an image of the colorful lights of the boats on the river along Clarke Quay. So I went ahead and did a HDR sequence of 3 images to capture the light I needed and then I took a few more shots to capture the boat light trails. I talk about how I capture light trails in a past post called Best Settings for Light Trails. I then did a hand blend to bring back the highlights and the shadow details. After I had a clean base image, I started to blend in the light trails that looked the best. Well I do hope you have a chance to come and visit this beautiful area in Singapore. This image was taken with a Canon 5Dm3 and the 17-40 lens.
